Tickets with Conferize registration are social. This means that they enable attendees to find each other and network before, during and after the event.

Apart from the benefits of networking they allow the event organizer to keep you updated with important information about any changes or other news about the event. To make this happen the organizer needs to be able to reach you on a valid email address, which is the basis of the user account and profile created.

You can limit the public information of your profile to simply showing your name. But the more accurate and detailed you describe yourself on your profile, the more likely interesting connections will find you and contact you.

You can edit the public information at any time at Conferize.com/Setting. Here you can also change the settings for who is able to contact you.
