Some events have a process for requesting attendees to apply for tickets before they are able to acquire them. With this process the organizer can review attendee applications and decide to approve or reject them.

Conferize registration supports this process in two ways, depending on the amount of information needed by the organizer for the review process.

  1. Profile based review. If you simply need to review attendees based on their user profile data, the easy way is to use the waiting list option for pre-orders.
  2. Further information review. If you need to review attendees based on more further information, e.g. an application text and/or if you need applicants to be able to upload files you can use an external information collection service
