On occasion Stripe can send back an error when someone is trying to complete a payment and buy a ticket. In most cases it will look like this: "Something wrong when trying to confirm the payment with Stripe".
Most likely the error is due to the ticket buyer adding wrong credit card information or using a blocked or unsupported credit card. This means that you can simply ask the ticket buyer to try again, or to try again with a different card.
If the issue persists, it could be due to Stripe denying to accept the payment for other reasons. More information about this should be available in your Stripe account in details of any blocked payments. Stripe can block a payment due to a credit card being blocked or, in very rare cases, due to the bank of the credit card holder refusing to transfer funds to Stripe. If the latter is the case, you can ask the ticket buyer to contact their bank and ask them to accept Stripe as a payment provider.
